We only order treats from family owned businesses, so you can be sure that each product is made with the love and care that we all want to give our dogs every day. Shipping Information:
We use UPS for orders taken here from the site, you can choose the speed with which you would like your items to arrive. For costumized orders, or those sent via e-mail either UPS or USPS will be used.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Each shipment is done by hand so you have up until the item is shipped (3-24 hours) to cancel your order. Please send order cancellations straight to amie@thedogtreatjar.com and your charge will be reversed within 4 business days. If more than 3 cancellations occur for any one billing address, that costumer will no longer be able to purchase from The Dog Treat Jar. If your products are damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours and we will provide a full refund. If more than five products are damaged, The Dog Treat Jar will require visual confirmation via photo.
